Appointments Online or In-Person
Before your Online appointment:
Setup a free Zoom account
Install Zoom software onto your device (a computer or laptop is preferable)
Optional: you can request a 'test' call to help with the download and setup, at least 48hrs before your appointment. To do this email firstname.lastname@example.org or text 07903658223 to arrange a suitable time.
Day of appointment
Arrive early - log in at least 5mins before your session is due to start to ensure everything is ready to go and your are able to connect to Zoom.
Ensure you are in a quiet, relaxed environment where you are unlikely to be disturbed for the length of your appointment.
Click on the Zoom meeting link which will have been emailed to you when you make your appointment.
You may be asked to enter the user name and password in the email, but this isn’t always the case.
Be sure to turn 'on' your video and audio.
Backup - If we become disconnect or the Zoom call isn't working, we will use our phones so have this at hand.
Note: Headphones - you may wish to use headphones or earphones for added privacy.
