Appointments Online or In-Person

Before your Online appointment:

  • Visit

  • Setup a free Zoom account

  • Install Zoom software onto your device (a computer or laptop is preferable)

  • Optional: you can request a 'test' call to help with the download and setup, at least 48hrs before your appointment. To do this email or text 07903658223 to arrange a suitable time.

Day of appointment

  • Arrive early - log in at least 5mins before your session is due to start to ensure everything is ready to go and your are able to connect to Zoom.

  • Ensure you are in a quiet, relaxed environment where you are unlikely to be disturbed for the length of your appointment.

  • Click on the Zoom meeting link which will have been emailed to you when you make your appointment.

  • You may be asked to enter the user name and password in the email, but this isn’t always the case.

  • Be sure to turn 'on' your video and audio.

  • Backup - If we become disconnect or the Zoom call isn't working, we will use our phones so have this at hand.

  • Note: Headphones - you may wish to use headphones or earphones for added privacy.
